In addition to working on new construction, we also handle additions, interior fit-up, and tenant improvements. With over 800,000 square feet of commercial space under management, our team understands how to quickly and accurately estimate tenant improvement costs - starting with the preliminary drawings - in order to keep lease negotiations moving forward.
